My passion for smoking meats developed years ago, living in Memphis,Tn. Incredible  skills on the smoker had family and friends amazed. I have such a joy for grilling, smoking and seeing others enjoyed the foods that I have prepared. they encouraged me to began BBQ business. With my Wife creating amazing sides to with meats. We relocated to Lutz/Tampa,FL area. We became Sweetie's BBQ.
